Controller

2BIT SRL, registered address VIA GRANELLO 1 16121 Genova (GE), VAT IT02826240992, is the controller for the website contact process. For privacy enquiries and rights requests contact rrapallini@kayrix.ai. This notice covers website visitors and Pilot enquiries; licensing, activation and product support are distinct processing activities.

Data and purposes

We use your name, work email and organisation to assess and respond to your enquiry. Role, country, deployment preference and a use-case description of up to 500 characters are optional. We record the time of receipt, a request identifier, notice language/version and notification status. Technical connection information and security cookies support delivery of the website and protection against abuse. Do not send confidential material, credentials or personal information about other people. No attachments are accepted.

Legal basis

For solicited enquiries from representatives of organisations, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to the requested professional contact, limited to what is necessary and balanced against your rights. Where you are personally the prospective contracting party, necessary pre-contractual steps requested by you may instead fall under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Protecting the website and preventing abuse serves our legitimate security interest. Reading this notice is not consent to marketing; no newsletter or advertising subscription is created.

Providing information

Making an enquiry is voluntary. Without the required contact fields we cannot process it through the form. Optional fields may be omitted. Receipt does not create an account, grant admission to the Pilot, issue a licence or start a paid service. No automated admission or profiling decision is made.

Recipients and international transfers

Authorised people within the controller handle enquiries. Hosting, email and backup service providers may process information to deliver those services. The internal contact notification is addressed to contact@kayrix.ai; the form does not send an automatic reply to you. No contact is automatically sent to AI models, distributors or resellers. Information about the applicable service-provider arrangements and any international-transfer safeguards can be requested from the privacy contact above.

Retention

Enquiries not converted into a Pilot are retained for six calendar months from the last meaningful contact. Substantive correspondence or a meeting can update that date; automated notifications, retries, background jobs and record reads do not. Records connected with an agreed contractual relationship follow a distinct retention schedule. Deletion covers the active enquiry archive and its outbox; email copies and exports are handled through the custodian’s deletion process. Restricted backup copies are excluded from ordinary use, and restoration applies expiry and the current deletion record before data becomes operational again.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. If a separate future purpose relies on consent, withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact the controller using the address above; proportionate identity checks may be needed. We respond without undue delay and ordinarily within one month, notifying any legally justified extension. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante.
