IT needs a deployment it can configure and operate. Privacy reviewers need to understand the processing, the controls and the available evidence. Kayrix is designed to connect those conversations around the same supported gateway workflow.
For IT teams
Review the configured provider endpoints and permitted models. Establish how applications connect to the gateway. Define access, network exposure and operational responsibilities. Check what happens when a required component is unavailable and distinguish a refused request from a request already sent upstream.
The objective is an explicit, reviewable configuration—not a promise that the gateway discovers or controls all AI usage across the organization.
For DPOs and privacy professionals
Examine the policy context associated with recorded transactions, detected entity summaries, available verification results and scoped report outputs. Ask what is recorded, what is omitted, how long it is retained and who can access it.
Technical records can inform a privacy assessment; they are not a substitute for one. Kayrix is not positioned as an automatic DPIA generator or a compliance certification service.
For security teams
Treat the gateway boundary as something to test. Include malformed or unsupported requests, detection limits, provider errors, missing evidence and potential bypass paths in the evaluation. Record what was actually observed and what remains untested.
A common pilot outcome
Agree the supported architecture, the responsibilities of each party, the evidence required for review and the limitations that remain. Decide whether to proceed on that basis, not on an unqualified success badge.
For future service partners
Managed service providers can express interest in future delivery requirements. A production MSP control plane, delegated multi-customer administration and commercial partner terms are not promised in this early-access phase.
